These Terms are an agreement between you and Armando Valladares, a US sole proprietor doing business as “Plenifa” (“Plenifa”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using plenifa.com you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

Plenifa is an AI assistant. Replies are generated by AI models from third-party providers, which we do not name. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Check important information.

2. Not professional advice

Plenifa does not provide medical, legal, financial, psychological or mental-health advice and is not a substitute for a professional. It is not an emergency service. In the US, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), or call your local emergency number. You use the service at your own risk.

Reflection tools (tarot, horoscope, numerology and dreams): these are for personal reflection and entertainment only. They are not predictions, do not claim to know the future, and do not replace any professional advice. Decisions are yours.

3. Age

You must be 18 or older. We will close accounts of minors when we learn of them.

4. Your account

You are responsible for your account and password. One account per person. You must give us accurate information.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Plenifa to: break the law; harass, threaten or harm others; create malware or break into systems; generate sexual content involving minors or content that incites hatred or violence; infringe copyright or other rights; mislead people by presenting AI output as professional advice; scrape, resell access, or get around limits or safety measures.

6. Your content

You keep your rights in what you write. You give us a limited license to process it to provide the service (including sending it to AI providers). You are responsible for how you use the output.

7. Plans, payment, automatic renewal and refunds

There is a free plan and paid plans, priced in US dollars (USD). You can pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link through Stripe, or with PayPal (dLocal Go, for local payment methods in Latin America, is coming later). We do not store your card details; Stripe or PayPal processes them.

Automatic renewal: subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically every month or every year, as you choose, at the price shown at checkout and to the same payment method, until you cancel. Before you pay we show the price, the billing period and that it renews automatically. For yearly plans we send a reminder before the renewal. We may change prices with advance notice by email; changes apply from your next renewal and you can cancel before then.

Cancellation: cancel online anytime in Settings › Plan (or in Stripe › Manage billing, or in PayPal › Automatic payments). Cancelling stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the paid period; you keep access until then.

Refunds: you can request a full refund of your first subscription payment within 7 days by emailing lifeprofessor7@gmail.com; renewals and used credit packs are non-refundable, except where required by law or in case of a billing error.

8. Usage limits

Each plan has usage limits (for example, daily messages). We may temporarily limit the service to prevent abuse or for capacity reasons.

9. Third-party AI providers

Plenifa is built using technology from third-party AI partners. We do not guarantee the availability of any particular provider or model and may change them at any time.

10. Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account in Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (for example, 11–14) will survive.

11. No warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PLENIFA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR US$50 IF YOU PAID NOTHING.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Plenifa harmless from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the service, your content or your breach of these Terms.

14. Governing law, arbitration and class-action waiver

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, in Miami-Dade County, Florida, or by video conference. You waive any right to a class action, class arbitration or jury trial. Exception: either party may bring a claim in small-claims court if it qualifies. Opt-out: you may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing lifeprofessor7@gmail.com with the subject “Arbitration opt-out” within 30 days of creating your account.

15. Copyright (DMCA)

If you believe content infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent: Armando Valladares, 270 NW 58th Ave, Miami, FL 33126, USA, lifeprofessor7@gmail.com, including the information required by the DMCA (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)).

16. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version with its date and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use the service means you accept the changes.
