Data we collect

• Account: email, name, date of birth (to confirm 18+), language, password (hashed), settings and custom instructions.
• Memory: when memory is on (it is by default), Plenifa saves durable facts you share in chat (for example your name, goals, preferences or personal details) to personalize future replies. You can view, edit, delete each one, clear all, or turn memory off in Settings > Memory, or say “forget …”. We do not knowingly store passwords, card numbers or government IDs.
• Chats: your messages and the replies. Photos you attach are processed to answer and are not stored. Images you create in the chat are stored privately (only you can see them) so they show in that chat.
• Reflect readings: the tarot, numerology and dream readings you ask for are saved privately in your account (so you can see your recent readings). For numerology we use your name and birth date only to calculate the numbers; we keep your first name and the numbers, not the date. For dreams we keep a short excerpt.
• Journal, mood, habits and goals: what you write and track there (entries, 1–5 mood and notes, habits, goals and weekly reflections) is private: only you see it, we don’t use it for your memories or to train models, and we don’t share it. Only when you ask for a weekly reflection do we send that week’s data to the AI provider (with data collection off and no training). You can export it (JSON) or delete it item by item or all at once, and it’s deleted with your account. It is not therapy or medical care.
• Language tutor and dictation: tutor sessions are normal chats (saved and deleted like your other chats). Dictation (🎤) uses your browser’s or device’s speech recognition; in Chrome, the audio is processed by Google to turn it into text. Plenifa only receives the text, never the audio.
• Shared links and PDF: nothing is shared unless you create a link and confirm. A link is read-only, random and unguessable, hidden from search engines, expires (1, 7 or 30 days) and you can revoke it any time in Settings › Shared links; when it’s revoked or expires we erase the copy. A shared chat is a text-only copy from that moment; a shared board is a copy of the image and, if you choose, your goals. Deleting the chat or image stops its links. Anyone viewing a link can report it. PDFs are made on your device.
• Coach styles and preferences: the custom styles you create (name and description), your tone and Spanish tú/usted choice are saved in your account to shape replies; they are included in your export and deleted with your account.
• Reports: if you report a created image, we keep the reason, your note and the reported image so we can review it.
• Usage: message counts, tokens and estimated cost, to apply limits and for billing.
• Payments: handled by Stripe and PayPal (and later dLocal Go); we receive subscription status and amounts, never your full card details.
• Device and network: IP address, approximate country (to show regional pricing, pick the payment processor and, if you haven’t chosen a language yet, suggest the app language) and a device identifier (to prevent abuse). The country comes from a local database on our server (IP to Country Lite by DB-IP, CC BY 4.0); your IP isn’t sent to anyone for this or stored for it, and your manual language choice always wins.

How we use it

To provide and improve the service, generate replies, apply limits, prevent fraud and abuse, process payments, answer your messages and comply with the law. We do not sell your data.

AI provider processing

Third-party AI model providers process your messages to generate replies. We choose settings that exclude your data from model training where the provider allows it, but we cannot guarantee every provider’s practices. Don’t include sensitive information you don’t want to share.

Other service providers

Payment processors, an email provider and a hosting provider, only to run the service.

Cookies and local storage

We use necessary cookies (session, language, device identifier) and browser local storage for your preferences (theme, accent, voice). We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Retention

• Account, settings and memory: kept while your account exists. You can delete saved memories one by one or all at once in Settings > Memory.
• Images you create: kept privately for up to 30 days, then deleted automatically. They are also deleted right away when you delete that chat, all your chats or your account.
• Reflect readings: kept until you delete them (one by one or all, in Reflect › Your recent readings) or delete your account.
• Chats and attached files: kept until you delete the chat, all your chats or your account (in Settings). They are then removed from our live database right away. For documents we keep only the extracted text (with page numbers) and, if you ask for a summary of a long document, a short section-by-section summary; both are deleted with the file or chat. Only the pages relevant to your question are sent to the AI provider.
• Backups: we make daily database backups; each backup is deleted automatically after at most 14 days, so data you delete also disappears from backups within that time.
• When you delete your account we delete your profile, chats, memory, files, sessions and usage records. We keep, without your name: payment records (amount, date, plan) for as long as accounting and tax laws require; feedback you sent us (without your email or IP); and technical logs of AI requests (time, model, cost and errors, without message content).
• Security: records of sign-up and failed sign-in attempts (IP, device identifier and email) and a copy of service emails we sent you (for example, verification) are kept to prevent abuse for as long as they are needed for that purpose.

Your rights

You can access your data, export your chats, correct your profile and delete your chats or account in Settings, or by emailing lifeprofessor7@gmail.com.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

We do not sell or “share” your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can request access, correction or deletion by emailing lifeprofessor7@gmail.com; we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. We verify requests using your account email.

Users in Latin America

Your data is processed in the US and other countries where our providers operate. You can exercise the rights your local law gives you (for example access, correction, deletion and withdrawal of consent) by emailing lifeprofessor7@gmail.com.

Security

We use HTTPS, hashed passwords and restricted access. No system is 100% secure.

Children

The service is not for anyone under 18. If we learn a minor created an account, we will delete it and its data.

Changes

We will post any changes with their date and notify you of material changes.
